My wife and I decided to homeschool our kids in 2007. While we were pleasantly surprised with the amount of information on curriculum, we were disappointed with the lack of choices in organizing all that curriculum.
There are some fine choices for organizing your kids' schedules out there today but nothing that suited our needs. We were spending too much time organizing our schedule, instead of acting upon it.
We wanted a tool that was flexible enough to handle our three kids' differing schedules and learning styles, yet simple and easy enough to get scheduling done quickly. (We typically schedule at the end of the day when we can barely keep our eyes open.)
From that inspiration comes MyHomeSchoolPlan.com. We have big ideas for the future, but for now, we are excited about giving you (and our own family!) a web-based application to organize your homeschool schedule.
